The Japanese haiku reads, "ペンギンが ラーメン屋の前で 立ち止まる" (Pengin ga / Ramenya no maede / Tachidomaru) which loosely translates to: "A penguin stops in front of the ramen shop".
As the owner of this shop and a native Japanese speaker, I personally wrote this haiku to ensure its authenticity and natural sound. Rest assured that the haiku does not contain any awkward or weird Japanese that I sometimes come across on some apparel with Japanese characters!
